Warriors Snap Griffins Three-Match Win Streak with Late Goal

A late goal in the final 65 seconds of the second half proved to be the game winner as Nyack College snapped the Chestnut Hill College Women's Soccer team's three-match win streak with a 3-2 victory at Laurel Hill Park field in Secaucus , New Jersey.

The Griffins fall to 5-5-1 overall and 3-4 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) games.  Nyack improves to 6-6 overall and 3-4 in league play.

With the game tied at 2-2 in the second half, the Griffins were called for a foul that resulted in a penalty kick with 1:05 left on the clock.  Nyack's Shanice Rapp converted the kick for her second goal of the game and a 3-2 lead which held up for a Warrior win.
