Philadelphia, PA – (6/26/2012) – After a successful inaugural induction, the Chestnut Hill College Athletic Department is seeking for nominees for the next class of Hall of Fame Griffins. Former student-athletes, administrators, teams, and friends of the department are all acceptable candidates. Nominations can be made by using the form provided on the Athletic Hall of Fame page at GriffinAthletics.com. The deadline for nominations is July 15, 2012.
 
The 2011 Inaugural Class included some of the key administrators and coaches that established and nurtured athletics at Chestnut Hill College; Betty Buckley (Administrator/Coach 1942-1977, postumously), Betty Shellenberger (Coach 1950-1977), Lorraine Busch (Administrator/Coach 1977-1999), Janice Rensimer Kuklick (Administrator/Coach 1977-present), and the 1950's Archery Teams. The individuals and teams selected to the Athletic Hall of Fame have made important contributions to the development and success of Chestnut Hill College Athletic Department.
